Have you ever found yourself leading with all your might, only to realize you can't force someone to follow? It's a powerful truth I've grappled with as we hit our 51st milestone here on the podcast. This time around, we're unpacking what it means to be the orchestrator of success, both in the boardroom and in life's symphony. We'll look at the nuances of leadership, learning, and the long, often solitary, marathon towards achieving our dreams. And I'll be sharing some gratitude for the unexpected teachers in our lives—the naysayers and the blind-eyed. Without them, we might never learn the grit needed to power through alone.

As the weather outside mirrors the storms and sunbreaks of our daily endeavors, we take a moment to reflect on resilience and the importance of staying true to oneself amidst life's tests. I'm laying it all out for our youth listeners, too, with some straight talk about pausing to reflect before jumping into action. It's a critical skill on the brink of adulthood where every choice carves out a piece of your future. Stick with me as we traverse the road less traveled, where authenticity is your compass, and getting better is the only way to avoid getting left behind. There's no guest joining us today—it's just you and me on this heartfelt ride, so let's forge ahead together.

Speaker 1:

S T L podcast. What it do. What it do, man, it's your boy, ntso man, and we checking in live with the 51st episode, man. 51st man, it's a long way. Just say you got to stay consistent, man, it's a long way. You know 50 is far from a million. You know I'm saying but we gonna run, we gonna continue to ground. You know I'm saying but uh, I Can lead you to the water but I can't make you drink. I Can lead you to the water but I can't make you drink.

Speaker 1:

Now, if you come from my age bracket or over in my area, the 80s and 90s then you understand what they mean. They goes back to my last episode. You know I was there to the water a long time ago, but that didn't mean I didn't want to drink, I didn't know. So, once again, it's like who's willing to adjust to teach? You know I'm saying if one don't know, then who is willing to adjust to get them to know? Does that make you a boss? Does that make you a CEO? Does that make cuz you can orchestrate things? Or is it the understanding or the outlook at the actual, real picture of the world? You know I'm saying you see your actions and you see other actions, but that's neither her nor their. Man is more so. Man, what's up with y'all? How y'all doing man? I Know this weather crazy man. I know it is off and on, off and on, but it get greater later, man. You gotta know that it get greater later. Man, understand, anything you want to do is possible anytime, any place. That don't mean go get the big head thinking you Superman, cuz we all need somebody. You know, whether it's small or large, you gonna need somebody. And I actually want to give thanks to everybody that shun what they're actually like. Look past me or they don't even see me to this day.

Speaker 1:

You know I'm saying that wasn't willing to help, that wasn't willing to. You know, put forth the actual, real grind towards something. You know I'm saying I gotta give it up to y'all, because Without y'all I wouldn't know what it take or how hard I got a goal by myself To achieve what I want to achieve. You know you don't need a crowd. When you do the shit by yourself, it's hard for the next to dictate anything. You know I'm saying you just got to be willing to learn, you got to be a willing, a willing figure, that you got to keep that brain open. You know I'm saying rather, is likes dislikes. You know, everybody have a value to pay him, but at the same time, though, is you're gonna let that value of paying our way your life lesson, you know, think about it, let that ponder for a second. And at the same time, man, to the youth of today man, think before you act. Man, think before you act. That's all I ask. Think before you act, before you say something. Think about it before you do something. Think about it. It only take five seconds to make a split decision, rather right or wrong, but one just know, once you make, the ultimate decision is final. You know I'm saying so.

Speaker 1:

You have to, you have to be very cautious of what you're doing today. You know, we're even in school, even in fucking college, even in Just the real world in general, you got to be cautious, because people trying to capitalize on everything Of everything, for what, though? For what, though? Clarity and cloud. If you were so solid, brother, my folks were so solid, they didn't need clarity. I don't need nobody speak up for, you know saying, because the world gonna speak the same, the same way about them. One person, you know, genuine is what genuine does, man. You got to think about it. Ain't nobody perfect by force, nobody perfect. But it's easy you get better or you get left. You know that's just the way of the land. But y'all know I ain't gonna hold y'all too long. I am not gonna hold y'all. I pack a power punch in the In the tiniest message, man. You know. But continue to rock with me, to continue to grind with me, man. We on the way to the top. Is NTSO man checking in STF Park hands? Let's go. I.
